Pete will share with us the latest up-tick in interest rates due to the increase in the 10-year Treasury bill which is now hovering near 4.80%. This is one of those “key” indicators for the trend in interest rates. If you go to www.inman.com you’ll be able to read Lou Barnes column today. Lou discusses the overall economy but with a particular interest in the interest rate sector.
