  Yes, it’s that time of year again when we begin our count down to Xmas and start playing our favorite ditty for the Season: “I’ll be Home for Xmas”. And you can!! We’ve got plenty of time to get you in. As of today’s count we have exactly 27 days to get you approved, find you a house, do our inspections, fund the loan and close by December 22nd which is the last Friday before Xmas day which falls on December 25th!! Can we do it! Piece of Cake!

First things first! You need to get pre-approved and for that we can look to our good Pete Phillippe (707-481-2737 Cell–call him today!!) at Countrywide Home Loans for all your lending issues. Once you’ve qualified with him and he’s issued a Pre-Approval letter and has “locked” you into a rate, we can get out there and see what’s available. Remember, we’ve got a ton of vacant houses. Remain an avid collector with more than 60 pieces decorating my Sonoma home.
The Technological Revolution:While pursuing my master’s degree in Architecture, Design and Planning, I worked as a regional planner in Chicago and was  inspired by new technology. By integrating a computer curriculum into my studies I helped to design and develop one of the first computerized mapping systems for use by city and regional planners - the forerunner to today’s computerzied mapping systems (presently used in cars and on the internet to help people locate their destinations).

This groundbreaking experience set the stage for a successful corporate career, working with several city and county planners to implement similar systems initially in Illinois and then in the Bay area for ABAG.

I was recruited into the high technology industry working with several startups and the worldwide marketing team at Sun Microsystems as one of the leading female executives.

My Real Estate Career

At the same time I was working in Silicon Valley, I pursued real estate investments in the wine country of Sonoma county and lived there part time  - with a plan to move to Sonoma in the future.

Combining my extensive experience in design, architecture and technology I decided to apply this expertise to pursue a full time real estate career.  Initially I became a licensed real estate appraiser, and then moved on to become a real estate broker and start my own busines - which I absolutely love. 

Real estate as a career is a natural fit for me - I use my architecture and planning,  marketing and technology background to better assist my clients with their selling and buying needs.”
