No advice for the lovelorn (unless you’re real cute!)  Are you enjoying this beautiful “destination county” weather of ours? Sonoma County is known as a “destination” all over the world. When I was taking the Certified International Property Specialist designation classes in Paris, France last summer I’d mention Sonoma County and the French would nodd their collective heads approvingly. Now granted, it was a bit chilly out there the past couple of weeks (I had a heater running in my pump house to protect my delicate pipes!) we’ve had two glorious days of “go-by-a-home” weather!

Also on the show we’ll have old radioshow friend, Harry Coffee of Investor’s Trust describing a new product originated by GMAC mortgage which allows you to place your entire checking account against your loan every month.

  You’ve heard some of the radio spots about paying off your loan sooner with no extra payment or bi-monthly payments or by not increasing your regular monthly payment? This is how they do it. I’m also going to have a separate post for the link that will take you to a video telling you all about it. Very interesting. Not for everyone, but a great way to pay-off your mortage years in advance simply by using your checking account outstanding balance in a smart way!
