Rates have edged up a bit this week. The bond market, which mortgage rates are tied to, has taken a bit of a beating this week. Prices on bonds have been in a declining mode with no news to stop their decline. I’ll be watching for signs that could signal a reversal to this trend, and for now, here are today’s rates!
