I’ll be gone for the next two weekends but Mr. Pete Phillippee of CountryWide Home Mortgages wil be sitting in for me. You’ll recognize is sage words of wisdom and he’s got a lot of “s’plainen” to do about these interest rates. The Bond market is getting hammered and the interest rates follow suit.
