NO. 1 CARDINAL NEWMAN (3-1-1)…Its a game like the Elsie Allen game that am thankful that we have coaches who think about the other kids instead of piling on.
NEXT UP: At Montgomery
NO. 2 CASA GRANDE (4-0-1)…For the second week in a row Casa lights up the scoreboard. Helping a defense that doesn’t need much help. Win over Analy not as close as the score my indicate.
NEXT UP: At Sonoma
NO. 3 SANTA ROSA (5-0-0)… Therman McGowan over the 1,000 yard rushing mark in easy win over Maria Carrillo. Will need some help from the passing game as they hit the teeth of their schedule. NEXT UP: hosting Rancho Cotate
NO. 4 HEALDSBURG (5-0-0)…The Hounds looked like they were going to be dealt their first loss, but amazing finish keeps them undefeated and at No. 4. NEXT UP: At Fortuna
NO. 5 MONTGOMERY (3-1-1)…The Vikings did what they were suppose to do against Piner. Now comes the showdown. NEXT UP: hosting Cardinal Newman
HONORABLE MENTION SONOMA (3-1-1)…Squirming over rating Montgomery higher with what happen head to head. They have their showdown with Casa Grande this week.
