NFL PICKS WEEK 7…SUFFERING THROUGH ANOTHER WEEK OF DILFER AT QUARTERBACK
October 19th, 2007 . by JoetheSportsGuyThe much needed bye week to get a break from the Niners was an okay week. Will do better…and worse…
WEEK 6: 7- 6 53.8%
SEASON: 57- 32 64.0%
For the first time this season fell behind Yahoo Experts best who had a change in their leaderboard. Their leader some dude named Brandon Funston is 58-31 and has a one game lead…
SAN FRANCISCO (2-3) AT NY GIANTS (4-2)…Because of ESPN’s coverage on Monday night how soft of schedule the Giants have to get to 6-2 by their bye week..I’m taking the Niners. UPDATE: TRENT DILFER STARTING…CAN’T TAKE THE NINERS.
ATLANTA (1-5) AT NEW ORLEANS (1-4)…I mean it was only Atlanta. (This was a comment on ESPN babbling on how great the Giants looked Monday Night)
TENNESSEE (3-2) AT HOUSTON (3-3)…There are a couple of divisions out west where a 3-3 record is good enough for first place. In the AFC South its good enough for last, and Houston will keep that position at 3-4.
BALTIMORE (4-2) AT BUFFALO (1-4)…The AFC East minus New England is now 0-11 vs. outside their division…and counting.
TAMPA BAY (4-2) AT DETROIT (3-2)…How can I pick against Jeff Garcia? He’s made me pay enough already.
NEW ENGLAND (6-0) AT MIAMI (0-6)…Do they really have to play this game?
ARIZONA (3-3) AT WASHINGTON (3-2)…Quarterback situation for Arizona has taken a turn for the worse. Washington takes out their frustration after last weeks loss to Green Bay.
KANSAS CITY (3-3) AT OAKLAND (2-3)…At the beginning of the season called the Chiefs one of the worse teams in the NFL. WRONG. Should be a good game….but Chiefs will have enough
ST. LOUIS (0-6) AT SEATTLE (3-3)…Speaking of candidates for worse team in the NFL. How about those Rams. Good timing for Seattle to have this game
MINNESOTA (2-3) AT DALLAS (5-1)…This isn’t as one sided as it would appear. Very tempting…naw Cowboys will rebound.
NY JETS (1-5) AT CINCINNATI (1-4)…The AFC East minus New England is now 0-11 vs. outside their division..and counting.
CHICAGO (2-4) AT PHILADELPHIA (2-3)…It breaks my heart to see the Bears struggling. Yeah right. They keep on struggling.
PITTSBURGH (4-1) AT DENVER (2-3)…SUNDAY NIGHT…This is a statement game for the Steelers for the whole nation to see. Also will show how bad the Broncos are.
INDIANAPOLIS (5-0) AT JACKSONVILLE (4-1)….MONDAY NIGHT…The game of the week and a game the Monday Night the ESPN crew can actually get excited about. I underestimated the Colts at the beginning of the season. Not going to do that this time. Colts in a game worth watching.
