NO. 1 CARDINAL NEWMAN (5-1-1)…Remember the debate on whether Newman deserved the No. 1 rating when they were 0-1-1. Since then has won five straight. They have advantage in the scheduling that only one team left is over .500..that being Santa Rosa in two weeks. Advantage for the NBL race…not such an advantage for the State Title Game.
NO. 2 HEALDSBURG (7-0-0)…Healdsburg seems like they were on a mission the last two weeks so their wouldn’t be any kind of finish needed in the Windsor game. Now comes the showdown with Casa Grande.
NO. 3 RANCHO COTATE (5-2)…Apologizes to Rancho fans for not having you in the ratings the few weeks I didn’t. That is one good football team and wouldn’t be a shock if they end up a lot higher then this in the Rankings.
NO. 4 SONOMA (5-1-1)…Sometimes you need to be lucky and good, just ask Healdsburg fans.
NO. 5 CASA GRANDE (5-1-1)…Casa played like a team not happy about losing. Friday Night at Healdsburg should be something.
