Is it OK to have political yard signs out before an election while Selling Your Home?

NO–Don’t go there! If you’re a democrat you’ll probably tick off all the Realtors and they won’t want to show it!! One must be a bit politically correct when one sells their house!
I had a client who had a room full of animal trophies from his various international,national hunting expeditions. I had him remove them all but he forgot to paint the room and for our broker’s open you came in and saw these wall “shadows” clearly outlining where his trophies had been!! In Northern California this is tantamount to having the head of Al Gore stuffed and mounted (with a lockbox in his mouth too boot)!! Noble prize and all!!
