Affordable and Green - Sensitive Luxury Homes in the Heart of Healdsburg

 The new Foss Creek Villas condominiums are Located on the corner of Grove St. and Foss Creek Circle between “The Grove” and the “Park Point Health Club”. Norton Slough, the creek adjacent to Foss Creek Villas and a tributary to Foss Creek, was carefully restored by Circuit Rider Productions, a well respected local ecological restoration services company. More than 10,000 pounds of waste debris were removed from the channel along with invasive species.  85 riparian native trees including 9 different species were planted along with 58 willows. Today, one year later, the plant survival rate exceeds 95% compared with the State’s minimum of 70%. This riparian wildlife corridor is a green buffer between Grove Street and Foss Creek Villas and, has been restored and continues to be maintained, as required, at no cost to the City.

Foss Creek Villas offers thirty-six luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath villas and four 1 bedroom, 1 bath villas.  All units feature private patios or decks, hardwood cabinetry, fireplaces, stainless steel appliances, granite counters in kitchens and baths, designer tile flooring, carpets and lighting, a garage or covered parking plus an uncovered parking space. Two units are wheel-chair accessible, and two units are reserved for low-income housing (renovated to the same high-quality standards as the rest of the units).  The Villas are nestled in a 3 AC garden of mature trees, hundreds of flowering shrubs and native plants.

Foss Creek Villas has been on the market with its new pricing in the $300,000s for less than 60 days and has already sold 6 properties. In order to achieve that kind of success in this market, buyers have to believe the price is right price for the value. The villas are the lowest priced new condos in Healdsburg.
